Exclusive Client Content

Create content exclusively accessible to users logged-in on the frontend. By assigning users a ‘Client’ role, they can be granted access to articles specifically tailored for them.

Login as a frontend user

To experience this feature, log in to the frontend. Simply click on the ‘login’ icon at the top of the page, and you’ll be directed to the login form.
Use either james@zoon.com or anna@zoon.com for both email and password.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the homepage, where user-specific content awaits just above the site footer at the bottom of the page.

Please note that frontend users with the ‘client’ role do not have panel access.
However, administrators, when logged in, will have full visibility of all client content on the frontend.

Privacy and security

When creating a user with a ‘client’ role, it is advisable to use a generic and non-existing email address. If an existing email address must be used, you are obligated to inform users explicitly that their email address will be stored, and this information should be included in a privacy declaration.
The client content feature is intended for temporary functions, such as discussing non-sensitive content.

It is important not to rely on this feature for handling security-sensitive information.

Disable client login

If you don’t want to make use of this client content feature or temporarily disable it, you can easily do so by adjusting the status of the login page, from ‘unlisted’ to ‘draft’.
